Active sends will count recipient deliveries for replies and messages you initiate. Automatic forwards to your verified main inbox will not use this allowance. Receiving, attachment, retention and abuse limits must be published before launch. These plans do not promise unlimited resources.

I run several products. Do I need a separate inbox for each?
Each product can keep its own support@ address while forwarding to one verified inbox. This is the workflow we are building. Full mailbox hosting, separate passwords and calendars are outside this initial service.
Can I use my existing Gmail or Outlook inbox?
Yes, that is the intended forwarding destination. You must verify it first. Google sign-in identifies you; it does not give us access to your Gmail messages. External forwarding is not live in this build.
Will replies show my product’s email address?
A forwarded email alone does not enable branded replies. We are building replies from the product address inside SimplerEmail. Google says third-party Send As support in Gmail ends in January 2027, so we do not promise that as a permanent reply path. Sending must pass provider verification and external tests before launch.
Will connecting a domain disrupt my existing email?
The ownership TXT record does not reroute email. Changing MX records can affect all addresses on a domain. We show your existing records and leave them untouched. Review migration options before switching a live domain.
How do I tell which product received a message?
The product and receiving address stay attached to each message. The workspace supports product filters, action status and editable categories. These labels are stored in SimplerEmail; native Gmail labels require Gmail filters or a separate authorized integration.
Does the free plan include a free domain name?
No. You bring domains you already own. The proposed free plan supports 10 verified domains and 100 active recipient deliveries per month. Higher plans increase domain and sending allowances. Mail delivery and paid upgrades are not live yet; receiving, storage and attachment limits will be published before launch.
